What the annual fee includes

Charged separately
- Uploading agendas/minutes on your behalf
- Writing/rewriting content; major design changes
- Extensive document migration beyond “essentials”
- PDF accessibility remediation; additional training
- Email licences and mailbox administration
Accessibility responsibilities
Provider (FMAB): builds with accessibility at the centre, following WCAG 2.2 AA standards; supplies accessible templates/components; advises on good practice.
Council (publisher): responsible for the accessibility of content they upload (PDFs, images, link text); reviews and updates their accessibility statement over time. We do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance for a live council site until representative pages/documents have been tested.
